Refund Policy

1. Returns Overview

At VICKYKAY Beauty Hub, we stand behind the quality and authenticity of our products. Due to the hygienic nature of fragrances, cosmetics, and hair care products, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is materially different from what was ordered.
  • The item is defective or was damaged during transit.
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original pristine packaging with all seals intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used perfumes, ouds, or diffusers.
  • Any product with a broken factory seal.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.

4. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@vickykaybeautyhub.com with your Order ID, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence if the item is damaged. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Paystack) within 5-10 business days.
